Synopsis: One man’s unending obsession with creating the impossible shot takes him from the clattering 16mm childhood memories of an American generation to convincing a real town to be in The Lottery, through the raucous meat-grinder of 1970’s Hollywood and forward, into the digital age.
After each film there will be a minute-long break, during which we invite the audience to complete scorecards. The cards go towards the scoring of the films and are sent directly to the filmmakers to provide insight into the audience's response.
