Logline: BEYOND HER LENS is inspired by the life and work of female conflict-zone photographer Jana Andert. It follows Alex's (portrayed by prominent Czech actress Lucie Vondrackova) return to Prague as she attempts to piece together a sense of normalcy after shooting footage in Mosul, Iraq.

Its an amazingly weird and wonderful true story of heartbreak and redemption the back story (a man very down on his luck rescuing a one day old Highland Bull calf still in its birth sack in the snow and bringing the bull up in a dilapidated cottage where they both live).

After each film there will be a minute-long break, during which we invite the audience to complete scorecards. The cards go towards the scoring of the films and are sent directly to the filmmakers to provide insight into the audience's response.
